Searching for a Prescriber

To access a Prescriber Folder, the prescriber must be searched from the Prescriber navigator button.

To search for a prescriber:

1. From the Workbench, select the Prescriber navigator button . The Prescriber Search window appears.

2. Enter the first and last name or the license number of the doctor in the corresponding fields.

   

3. Select Search.

   

   If there are no matching results and the message No Records Found displays, either check the information entered in the search parameters or create a new Prescriber Folder. For more information, see Create a New Prescriber Folder.

4. Select the prescriber.

5. Select OK. The Prescriber Folder opens to the main tab.
